The official site handover for the Beatriz Building took place last Wednesday in the presence of the management teams of OJP and Dharma MR, the project’s developer.

Located on Avenida Cidade de Xangai in Porto, the development will feature 54 apartments with one to three bedrooms. The building’s layout and private garden are designed to provide comfort, tranquility, and privacy in the heart of the city.

As the general contractor, OJP will be responsible for executing and coordinating the construction work. The project will further strengthen OJP’s experience in delivering large-scale, complex residential developments.
