A project full of challenges, but above all, a project of results! The Post residential tower in Rotterdam has been completed! 

Each of the three stages of the project – Basement, Low Rise and High Rise – was completed with the utmost rigour, quality and safety.

The construction solution was based on the use of a climbing formwork system, allowing the core of the building to progress as an independent project.

This system allowed us to reach the tower’s height of 155 metres with 43 concrete pours carried out at an average speed of 7 days per level.

We divided the slabs into two casting phases so that cyclical execution was possible. This planning resulted in an excellent outcome, exceeding all initial estimations!

The building’s surrounding steel structure allowed us to operate the Windscreen, which acted as a safety shield during execution.

After more than 20,000 m³ of concrete and 5,600 tonnes of reinforcement, we have successfully completed this amazing project, side by side with our partners BESIX and Rizzani.
