OJP constructed the foundation slab, which included a cistern, pumping wells and crowning beam of the wall posts surrounding the basement; the superstructure(almost all constructed with pre-fabricated reinforced elements the same as in the façade of the building); the interior atrio, whose concrete elements on the ground and first floors are visible; the masonry of Silico-Calcareous blocks; the masonry of visible concrete blocks and others to be overlaid; the overlaying of the facades with solid ceramic brick masonry.
