Building with 3 underground storeys for car parking and 10 above ground for offices and apartments.
OJP made the foundations with solid concrete heading posts and with retaining walls around all the perimeter of the basements; the superstructure in reinforced concrete was made in situ with pre- fabricated elements; pre-fabricated floor slabs and lightweight floor slabs. Special Projects: pre-strengthened floor slabs (in coordination with a specialist company).
