We are currently in the process of recruiting a Construction Director.
Profile:
- Higher Education in Civil Engineering;
- Registration in the Order of Engineers;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management;
- Mastery of Office, Autocad and MSProject tools;
- Leadership and team coordination;
- High sense of organization, meeting goals and deadlines;
- Ability to analyze and think critically;
- Initiative and dynamism;
- Immediate availability (valued).
Main Functions:
- Coordinate, monitor and supervise the ongoing works.
- Planning and coordination of the different activities of the works, to ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Report to the Contractor on the conformity of the work carried out;
- Implement determined measures for quality control;
- Control of materials and equipment placed on site, economic control of the works;
- Control of the implemented processes.
- Promote technical solutions with the stakeholders of the contracts, to ensure quality and deadline requirements.
- Production of technical reports
